We selected CRO from several contractor to replace the siding on our home and to install five windows and a new entry door. From the initial meeting Brian was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to listen and work with me on my vision of how I wanted an area of the house to look. Brian was always available. The crew was great, fast and professional. Even the neighbors remarked on how efficient the crew was. CRO went above the original scope of services and installed our outside garage lights and entry light. One of the crew even brought my groceries in for me one day, whipping his hat off the moment he entered the house - very polite. The work area was kept cleaned and organized. The house looks great and we are getting constant compliments from the neighbors. We would highly recommend Creative Remodeling of Orlando. ~ Skye B

Hired these guys to tear off the old wood siding that was on the house when I bought it. It had extensive wet rot and was falling apart. These guys were professional, courteous, and responsive. Brian, my sales rep, stayed on top of everything and the team that did the job were very nice and clean. I’m used to cleaning up after most construction projects, but CRO picks up nearly everything and tries to leave the place like they found it. They installed new Hardie board and the house looks amazing. On a whim, I also asked them to cut out some wood rot from my French doors. They agreed and did an awesome job. Not taking any shortcuts, they even replaced the door trim on the inside of the house. I’d highly recommend CRO to anyone in need of new siding and will use them in the future for any projects I may have. ~ Sara N

Brian my salesman was informative about replacing my old Masonite siding and offered me energy saving options. I went with Hardee board with styrofoam insulation, highly recommend using styrofoam because of “R” factor. I just replaced my windows so I wanted the best “R” factor possible. Mike and Dave were the installers and they were very courteous and CLEAN! These guys are craftsman with putting up my siding. I happened to be home when county inspector came and he said these guys did a great job on your home. Seminole County is the toughest inspectors in Central Florida, means a lot coming from them. I highly recommend these guys if you need siding. I will be telling my neighbors because we all have Masonite siding. ~ paul w

We chose Creative Remodeling to replace all of the old Masonite siding on our home. This included the entire front of the house and the peaks on both sides of the house, and all of the Soffit and Fascia over the existing siding.. CRORL also replaced the final three single pane Aluminum frame windows with Simington doublepane windows with both Argon and Low-E glass. In addition they closed in the front porch with a screen insert including kick-plates and a screen door. We are very pleased with the final product. All work was completed in a timely manner, the work areas were cleaned up each evening and the crews are real craftsmen. We would definitely use Creative Remodeling again. ~ Don P

We have been through some terrible experiences during our remodeling process from other companies, and Creative Remodeling has restored my faith in quality workmanship and professionalism. I've been shopping for new windows for the last 3 years and I can tell you this: Most companies that promote on billboards, TV commercials and radio station are bad at returning calls, kepping appointments or getting you a competitive quote. I was about to give up and just go with one of the "big box" store untill I found CRO. Mark and his team are friendly, professional and with no high pressure pitch sales tactics. They showed up when they promised and are very knowledgeable of their products. Rick the installer did an amazing job. Took his time to make sure it was done right and finished on schedule. And best of all they gave the best quote from at least 5 other companies. They installed 8 windows and a patio sliding door made by Simonton. I'm very happy with the product, house feels cooler and quieter. If you are shopping for windows, do yourself a favor and contact CRO. 5* ~ Hugo R

I met with James of Creative Remodeling of Orlando back in the Fall to discuss and get an estimate for pressure washing and re-screening our pool enclosure. James was very personable and gave me a very competitive quote. I was doing some additional work that required coordination with the pool re-screen. My additional work was delayed by slow material delivery and wet weather. Every call to James to reschedule was met with "Don't worry Mr. Bensman, just call me and let me know when you want us to come out." When the time finally came to do the re-screen, I called James and he was able to send a crew out to do the work within 2 days. The work that Jason and his crew performed, was excellent! They were able to complete the job within one day and did an outstanding cleanup (the pool) after. I was very happy with the work done by Creative Remodeling of Orlando and would recommend them to everyone. ~ Ken B

We are in New Smyrna Beach and after getting several quotes and estimated timelines from local contractors we decided to broaden our search to contractors outside the immediate area. This company provided by far the most timely and professional service of any of the home improvement jobs we have done to our property. They had our Hardie board siding completed in 4 days, they stuck to their original estimate and timeline, and the workers at our house actually worked all day until 6! Our siding was rotting and our home being invaded by squirrels. We knew we wanted hardie siding, and we needed the best craftsmen for the job. I researched a while, seeking out an installer via the Hardie website. We are extremely happy with the work that Brian and his crew did. My concern was to prevent water intrusion for the future. The crew did a wonderful job lining everything up and sealing the siding. I am so happy to find honest, hardworking tradesmen after doing the whole inside ourselves. There were other projects that had to be done before siding, and Brian helped facilitate those. They replaced rotten wood underneath and made our home feel good and dry. We are happy with and grateful for their work in the brutal heat! They do more work than I realized so we will be calling on them again! Also forgot to mention that the responsiveness was outstanding! Brian and crew addressed any question immediately, responded right away. We had aluminum soffits and Hardie board siding installed. Brian (Sales Representative ) was absolutely wonderful. He came out gave us several options to choose from, as well as the pros and cons of certain materials. The estimate was right on the money with no extra cost. The two installers that worked on our home Juan Carlos and Geraldo did a great job. They were prompt, efficient, and we had no clean up. We had Creative Remodeling take off the existing siding and install brand new Hardy siding over a year ago. I also expressed to James and his crew about the pre-existing damages behind the siding due to water and termites. They were able to fix those damages with no issue. James and his crew were AMAZING from start to finish. But here is the best part of this company... We just had our roof replaced 4 months ago and already have had 2 leaks. As the roofers came out to inspect the 2nd leak, they told me the leak was coming from the siding. James and his dad came out with the roofers and in the process, had to tear off some of the siding. To make a long story short, the roofers blamed the siding and the siding blamed the roofers. (my husband and I do not believe it is the siding's fault.) Unfortunately, we were stuck with the cost of the replacement of the siding. However, after James briefed his manager on our situation, the manager decided to replace the siding for free. I am thankful that even after over a year later, they were still quick to respond to our situation. ~ Tara H

I met with Brian, he was very trustworthy and professional. He answered all my questions. His quote was far better than other local contractors that I received from. CRO installed a total of 17 Simonton impact windows. They use Rick, a subcontractor, which he did amazing job. He is one-man crew, so he takes little more time, but he does a very quality installation. I’m very picky person, so CRO met all my expectations. I would highly recommend his team. ~ vatraja

Creative Remodeling of Orlando did an awesome job putting up new siding on my house. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left.
